
Sanctuary Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative guided practice and a quiet returning to yourself. Often called “yogic sleep,” this experience offers a space between waking and dreaming, where the body softens, the mind unwinds, and the nervous system is gently nourished.
Held in a calm, supportive container, this practice offers a sense of being cared for without effort, like being wrapped in warmth and stillness. There is nothing to do and nowhere to go. Simply settle in and allow yourself to be guided into rest.
How to Prepare:
Wear comfortable, cozy clothing
Create a quiet, undisturbed space where you can fully relax
Lie down or recline with pillows and blankets to support your body
Optional: eye pillow or light covering for added comfort
