Sanctuary Integrated Yoga

This gentle, supportive class is suitable for all levels and ideal for beginners, seniors, and anyone seeking mindful movement with a focus on comfort and ease. Each session blends breath awareness, accessible yoga postures, and subtle energetic practices to help restore balance and invite relaxation.

Participants should be comfortable getting up and down from the floor, but modifications are always offered. You're welcome to keep your camera off during class, and all participant audio will be muted once we begin.

Recommended Props:

  • 2 yoga blocks
  • Blanket
  • Strap with clasp (D-ring buckle recommended)
  • 8–9 inch ball (a child’s play ball from a discount store works well)
  • Small firm ball (like a tennis ball, lacrosse ball, or pinky ball)

Sanctuary Women's Circle

Join us in an empowering and nurturing space for our upcoming Sanctuary Women's Circle! This special gathering invites you to embrace the energy of the moon and connect deeply with yourself and others in a community of like-hearted women.

The Circle features Reiki Restorative Yoga, where you'll be gently guided through supported, relaxing poses enhanced with Reiki energy to release stress and rejuvenate. We’ll also explore the wisdom of Tarot, drawing inspiration and insights from the cards to reflect on our paths and intentions.

Throughout the event, you'll have the opportunity to share, listen, and build connections with other women, fostering a supportive and uplifting environment. Bring along bolsters, cushions, or pillows to fully relax, and feel free to create a serene atmosphere with candles, incense, or soft music in your space. We can’t wait to share this restorative and soul-enriching experience with you.

Sanctuary Reiki Restorative Yoga

Sanctuary Reiki Restorative is a deeply calming and rejuvenating experience designed to soothe both body and mind. In this class, we will move through a series of restorative yoga poses, each held for extended periods with the body fully supported by props like bolsters and cushions. While you relax into each pose, Reiki energy will be offered to enhance your relaxation.

The class will conclude with a Reiki-infused guided meditation that leads seamlessly into Savasana, allowing you to fully absorb the restorative and healing benefits of both practices.

Come to this class to experience profound relaxation, renewal, and inner peace.

🌿 Sanctuary in the Wild: Community in Living Places

Sanctuary in the Wild is a way for the Turquoise Sanctuary community to gather in person, beyond the online studio, and remember what it feels like to be together in living spaces.

These gatherings are informal, accessible, and gently guided, offering an opportunity to connect with nature, with one another, and with the deeper rhythms that support our wellness and joy.

Held in public parks, gardens, trails, and outdoor exhibits, Sanctuary in the Wild brings our sacred practice into natural spaces; no mats, no props, just the moment.

Whether we’re walking beneath tree canopies, sitting in a circle on the grass, or exploring art nestled in nature, these experiences are designed to be nourishing, playful, and easeful.

Come as you are. Leave feeling more like yourself.
