
This gentle, supportive class is suitable for all levels and ideal for beginners, seniors, and anyone seeking mindful movement with a focus on comfort and ease. Each session blends breath awareness, accessible yoga postures, and subtle energetic practices to help restore balance and invite relaxation.
Participants should be comfortable getting up and down from the floor, but modifications are always offered. You're welcome to keep your camera off during class, and all participant audio will be muted once we begin.

No refunds. Cancellations made at least two hours before the scheduled class time may be applied as a credit toward another class.
